KNS is built on a strong foundation of family. Our director Is a third generation builder and loves what he does.
Shaun developed his love for building as a young boy who watched his Poppa build & renovate many homes.

When Shaun was 15 years old, he was granted special permission to leave school early and pursue his passion for building.
​
Shaun started his career with his Poppa and Uncle. Under their guidance he became a highly skilled carpenter and gained his LBP.
​
Shaun not only adopted his Poppa's passion for building but also his quick whit, personable character & high standards.
​
You can be sure that you won't just get a builder but also a person that truly cares and will go the extra mile to ensure a high quality finish is achieved.
